Choosing Is Part of the Experience
Combine the ingredients you want to create a bowl that is uniquely yours. Enjoy the layers of color and texture from vegetables, mushrooms, glass noodles, and more.
POINT 1
In China, mala tang is often viewed less as a meal to be enjoyed slowly and more as something to eat quickly before heading on your way.
As a result, many versions in Japan are simple, convenient preparations made by diluting seasonings with a base soup. At our restaurant, however, we use our original method to create a soup that is not only flavorful but also low in calories and fat and high in protein.
We have thoughtfully developed this soup as one filled with beauty and wellness, so that you can enjoy it down to the very last drop.
POINT 2
To make our restaurant comfortable even for solo diners, we offer flavor-focused counters with partitions on both sides.
With fewer distractions, you can concentrate on your meal and take your time enjoying our mala tang.
Mala tang is particularly popular with women, but the flavor-focused counters also make it easy for men who have been curious about mala tang to dine with us comfortably.
POINT 3
We also offer private rooms so that guests can visit with young children.
There is one private room, with seating for up to 10 guests. Families with children under one year old have also used it.
If you have hesitated to visit because you are worried your children may be noisy or take a while to eat, please feel welcome to come.
